2.  Fill out the form below to complete the process. We will verify the purchase order ID to ensure the product is sold by our authorized distributors and refuse an unverified and repeated order ID to participate the event.

 Win the Money Back Refund Process 

1. After Amazon’s Return Policy expires (30 days after receiving the product), Pintoo will start the refund process within a reasonable timeframe.
2. The refunded amount will be for one unit of a single item related to the Instagram post in the provided purchase order ID which will not include TAX or additional shipping freight.
3. After the refund process has begun, Pintoo will inform the winner via the provided email address. The timing of the refund varies and depends on the original payment method.
